Registered Physiotherapist & Personal Trainer

Up until my first year of University where I was studying a bachelors of Biochemical engineering, I had no idea I would one day hold a masters of physiotherapy. This all changed when I saw a picture of Arnold Schwarzenegger. Being a skinny fat kid my whole life, that day I was inspired to start my weight training injury. However, my weight training journey did not go as expected.

Unfortunately, I had no idea how to lift with correct and safe form and paid the price for my ignorance. I had significant injuries in my shoulders, hips and lower back (almost every major joint) and had extensive pain to the point that putting on my pants and tying my shoelaces was a challenge.

Now, after all the suffering and learning, I also see these injuries as gifts that drove me to pursue a career in physiotherapy and strength training. I also have a newfound appreciation for good technique not only training and sports but also in day to day tasks to minimize the risk of injury and maximize performance

My core experiences involve strength and conditioning coaching, hypertrophy and body composition coaching, with a focus on injury rehabilitation/prevention, improving both athletic performance and promoting pain-free daily life.
